Funsme will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Multiple Accounts
Each user may have only one Funsme account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Funsme reserves the right to remove any accounts that violate this rule, including forfeiture of any rewards, earnings, or funds.
4. Platform Usage
Account Access and Use
Upon registering on Funsme, users gain access to various features for promoting their businesses. Users can create posts, engage with the community, and track the performance of their content.
Content Creation
Users are responsible for ensuring that their posts, including text, images, videos and links, comply with Funsme's content guidelines. Posts should accurately represent the user's business, profile and adhere to legal standards. Funsme reserves the right to review, approve, or remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Coins and Cost Per Impression (CPI)
Funsme Coins are the platform's internal currency used for promoting posts. Users earn Coins through platform activities or referrals. The Cost Per Impression (CPI) reflects the number of Coins deducted for displaying an advertisement post to other users. Users can manage their Coin expenditure.
Networking and Communication
Users can engage with others through comments on the status. All communications should be professional and relevant to the status. Funsme reserves the right to monitor and regulate messaging to prevent misuse or harassment.
Compliance and Restrictions
Users must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies while using Funsme. The platform prohibits any content or activity that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or fraudulent. Funsme maintains the authority to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. User Conduct
General Responsibilities
Users of Funsme are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while interacting with the platform and its community. All activities must align with the platform's guidelines and legal requirements.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any activities that are illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the platform or its users. This includes but is not limited to:
Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Distributing spam or unsolicited messages.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Funsme's systems.
Using the platform to promote illegal goods or services.
Content Compliance
All user-generated content must comply with Funsme's content standards. Users are responsible for ensuring that their posts do not infringe on the rights of others or violate any applicable laws.
Reporting Violations
Funsme encourages users to report any conduct or content that violates these terms. Users can report issues through the platform's designated channels. Funsme will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or termination.
Consequences of Misconduct
Funsme reserves the right to take corrective measures against users who violate these conduct guidelines. Such measures may include warnings, suspension of account privileges, or permanent account termination. Funsme's decisions regarding enforcement of these terms are final.
By using Funsme, users agree to adhere to these conduct standards and acknowledge that violations may result in penalties or termination of access to the platform.
6. Funsme Coins
Funsme Coins are the internal currency used within the platform to promote posts and enhance business visibility. Coins are non-transferable.
Earned Coins and Purchased Coins
A user can earn coins through their activity on the platform, specifically by viewing, like, and comment other users' posts, contest or referring members as part of the Referral Program, user can withdraw this Coin. Users may choose to purchase Coins to increase their activities on the platform and to advertise their business link.
Expiration of Coins
Funsme Coins never expire and will remain in the user's account indefinitely unless the user decides to terminate their account.
Coins Conversion
A user can choose to exchange Earned Coins for money. The conversion is done at a predetermined rate and is irreversible. The withdrawal of the converted cash is subject to minimum values for the payment method. Purchased Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Advertising Plans
A user can purchase an Advertising Plan, which provides a supply of purchased coins described on the Advertising Plans page.
8. Refund Policy
Users may choose to purchase Coins to increase their activities on the platform or advertise link. All purchases are final; Funsme typically does not offer refunds on Coin package purchases. If a user purchased credits by mistake and has not used any, or if a website error prevents their use, the user may request a refund. By purchasing Coins, users agree to this refund policy, acknowledging that requests for refunds may not be entertained.
9. Referral Program
The Funsme Referral Program allows users to earn rewards by referring new members to the platform. Users are provided with a unique referral link to share with potential new users. Upon successful registration and qualification of these referrals, users can earn Funsme Coins and may qualify for cash bonuses.
Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered qualified once they withdraw a total of at least 100,000 coins while using the platform. Only qualified referrals contribute to earn reward. Rewards and Bonuses
Users earn Coins for Signup, upload statuses, view, like, and comment other members' status, each qualified referral and the leaderboard winners.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities to manipulate referral numbers, such as creating fake accounts. This includes registering accounts solely for the purpose of generating higher registration numbers for bonus payouts or manipulating contest results. Any form of cheating within the referral program is strictly prohibited. Users found violating these terms will face immediate removal from the program, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible legal action.
Funsme Leaderboard Contest
Users can earn additional rewards based on their activity (post, view, like, and comment) and other members' activity to their statuses. Contest points are awarded for Coins standings in competitions.
10. Cash Balance Payouts
Rewards earned through activity on the Funsme platform and by referring new members can be paid out to the user via their chosen payment method.
Minimum Payout Amounts
To withdraw the balance, the user must have at least the minimum amount required for their chosen payment method in their earned coin balance. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the user account when selecting a payment method. If the minimum amount is not reached, the balance is carried over once it exceeds the minimum threshold.
User Identity
When setting up payout details, the user must provide their real name and the account payment. Funsme reserves the right to verify the user's account before sending a payout. If false information is provided, all earnings will be confiscated and the user account will be deleted.
11. Communication
Users are encouraged to engage with others on the Funsme platform in a respectful and professional manner. All communications should be relevant to business opportunities, profile and conducted with integrity. Users must refrain from sending unsolicited, spam, or inappropriate messages.
